Biography

Anna DeCastellarnau was the project leader of the Survey Quality Predictor (SQP) and a member of the Core Scientific Team of the European Social Survey (ESS) as well as representing SQP in the Synergies for Europe's Research Infrastructures in the Social Sciences (SERISS) project when at RECSM between 2014 and 2018.

Currently, Anna is an external Ph.D. student at Tilburg University (The Netherlands). Her research focuses on the assessment of survey measurements’ quality in relation to its design and her main interests are how to improve the quality of measurement instruments in surveys by its design and how to cope with measurement error.

Moreover, she holds a BA in Economics from Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Tarragona, Spain, 2011), and a MA in Sociology and Demography from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain, 2012).
