In our SIT virtualization service, in actuality we have two hosts.

A host is a computer that uses virtualization software, such as ESX or ESXi, to run virtual machines. Hosts provide the CPU and memory resources that virtual machines access to store and network connectivity. These hosts are composed of the following components:

  • 2 CPUs Xeon X5650 6C 2.66GHz

  • 48 GB of RAM

This system is connected to a disk array, composed with:

  • 2 Controllers SAS 6Gbps

  • 12 SAS Disks with 3TB either one

In overall our system virtualization has the following resources:

  • 48 Cores

  • 96 GB of RAM

  • 36 TB of Storage
