We offer capillary electrophoresis sequencing and fragment analysis with a 3730XL ABI sequencer (ThermoFisherScientific), with runs for up to 96 samples. This sequencer is suitable for Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis. We can produce up to 960/512 sequences per day, with lecture lengths up to 800-100 bp.
