The inaugural lecture of the current edition of the Research MA in Sociology and Demography will be taught by prof. Mads Meier Jaeger. He is Professor of Sociology at the University of Copenhagen. His areas of expertise are Social Stratification and Intergenerational Mobility, topics that are closely connected or inside the course of 'Analysis of Social Inequalities' that prof. Silvia Melzer is now beginning to teach.

 

It will be a pleasure to have prof. Mads M. Jaeger with us. His lesson will deal with Bordieu's theory of cultural reproduction.
