Biography
Camden Bowman holds a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Sciences in Behavioral Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Translation from Andrews University in Michigan, United States.
His MA thesis looks at survival strategies and vulnerability to wage theft among day laborers in the construction industry in the Denver metropolitan area. He has done internships with the International Committee of the Red Cross in Geneva, Switzerland and the Adventist Development and Relief Agency in São Tomé and Príncipe.
He has also worked as a program specialist with the W. K. Kellogg Foundation working with grants in Latin America, primarily in Mexico and Haiti, and has worked as a translator for various NGO, foundation and academic clients.
