The department holds research forums consisting of talks or seminars given by UPF visiting lecturers or renowned academics invited specifically for this purpose. Speakers use the forum to discuss innovative lines of research, project results, research reports or the application of research on new methodologies to specific fields.

We encourage students to actively participate in this activity by proposing names, sharing the sessions, facilitating the debate, organising informal meetings with the speaker and other students working within his/her field of expertise.

Usual venue: Ciutadella area of UPF

Usual time: 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm (Thursdays)
