The CLIK offers every year the FIDU program (Initial Training in University Teaching). Its aim is to provide basic training in university teaching to UPF teachers who have just joined so that they have the basic tools to teach, in line with the EDvolució educational framework.

The FIDU is a training program aimed at new teachers or those who have been at the UPF for less than three years, and who want to improve their teaching strategies. It offers pedagogical training to improve teaching quality, teaching and learning processes, and to introduce innovative elements, in line with the EDvolution educational framework. This training program allows you to choose three different itineraries: two face-to-face 170 or 80 hours and another online and English 25 hours. The UCA of Translation and Language Sciences started this week the tailor-made FIDU program for its novice teachers, who must pass it as an indispensable requirement before starting classes. To request a training proposal adapted to the UCA, you must contact the CLIK through the CAU.
Inscripcions obertes al programa de Formació Inicial en Docència Universitària
El FIDU és un programa formatiu adreçat a professorat de nova incorporació o que porti menys de tres anys a la UPF, i que vulgui millorar les seves estratègies docents. Ofereix formació pedagògica per millorar la qualitat docent, els processos d'ensenyament i d’aprenentatge, i per introduir elements innovadors, en línia amb el marc educatiu EDvolució. Aquest programa formatiu permet escollir tres itineraris diferents: dos de presencials de 170 o 80 hores i un altre en línia i anglès de 25 hores. L’UCA de Traducció i Ciències del Llenguatge ha iniciat aquesta setmana el programa FIDU dissenyat a mida, per al seu professorat novell, que l’ha de superar com a requisit indispensable abans de començar les classes. Per sol·licitar una proposta formativa adaptada a l'UCA, cal posar-se en contacte amb el CLIK a través del CAU.
