Patents are the main legal tool to protect inventions. In order to provide useful information on this tool, the Innovation Unit - UPF Business Shuttle is offering the seminar 'Would you like to exploit your research? Discover the value of patents' on March 4 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the room 61.302-61.304 of Campus del Mar (Dr. Aiguader building).

 

The session will be held in English and is open to the entire university community, but especially addressed to UPF researchers and PhD students. A European Patent Attorney will explain what Patents are, which advantages do they offer and in what cases they can be used. In addition, a researcher will explain his experience in protecting the results of his research at the University.
