I'm David Vizcarro, a Telecommunications Engineering graduate from UPC currently immersed in UPF's Master's program in Computational Biomedical Engineering. My research in the team focuses on signal synchronization in epilepsy, undertaking a comparative analysis of some of the existing methodologies to evaluate synchronicity between signals.  Beyond my academic focus, my interest in brain behavior and epilepsy is deeply personal, as I have close relatives who are affected by this condition. My overall goal as an engineer is to bridge the gap between engineering and the medical field, providing innovative solutions and perspectives to healthcare.
