UPF Engineering hosts the organisation of Women in Data Science Biomedicine, led by ISGlobal.

The Women in Data Science (WiDS) initiative aims to inspire and educate data scientists around the world, independently of their gender, to support women and gender non-conforming individuals in the field.

WiDS Barcelona Biomedicine promotes gender diversity by making more visible the work from women leaders in the fields of biology, biomedicine, and digital health.
