Núria Sebastián, professor at UPF Engineering, has received one of the National Research Awards, in recognition of her research in cognitive psychology and neuroscience. Sebastián coordinates the Speech Acquisition & Perception Group (SAP) of the Center for Brain and Cognition (CBC) at UPF. This center, which investigates the human brain from an interdisciplinary perspective, is attached to the UPF Department of Engineering.
