Fabiola holds a bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Central (Chile), and a master’s degree in Legal Science from Pompeu Fabra University, where she’s currently a Ph.D. in Law candidate granted with a FI SDUR scholarship. Under the supervisión of Prof. Marisa Iglesias, Fabiola is working on the practical use of intersectional theory in Law studies and the treatment of intersectional discrimination in the ECtHR and the IACHR judgments related to gender discrimination.
