Postdoctoral researcher

Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Pompeu Fabra University (Law Department – Law & Philosophy Group). My research focuses on deliberative constitutionalism.

As to my academic background, I hold the following degrees: PhD in Law with International Mention (Pompeu Fabra University); Master in Global Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy (Università degli Studi di Genova and Universitat de Girona); Master in Constitutional Law (Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales and Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo); Specialist in Constitutional Law (Universidad Católica Argentina); Law (Universidad de Mendoza).

I have also been a visiting research student at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (under the supervision of Prof. Armin Von Bogdandy and Prof. Mariela Morales Antoniazzi), and at the Australian National University – College of Law (under the supervision of Prof. Ron Levy).

I have published book chapters, books and articles in various indexed journals: International Journal of Constitutional Law (Q1, scopus), Global Constitutionalism (Q1, scopus), Revus: Journal for Constitutional Theory and Philosophy of Law (Q2, scopus), Canadian Journal of Law & Jurisprudence (Q3, scopus), Revista de Derecho Político (Q2, scopus), Derecho del Estado (Q2, scopus), Diritto & Questioni Pubbliche (Q4, scopus), Boletín Mexicano de Derecho Comparado (Q4, scopus), Eunomía (scopus), among others.

In addition, I am a member of the Advisory Council of the “Argentinian Chapter” of the “International Society of Public Law” (ICON·S). I also research at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, Universidad del Valle, Universidad Nacional de Cuyo and Universidad Nacional de La Pampa.
