He is a Ph.D. student working under the supervision of Professors Josep
Joan Moreso and Fernando Atria. His thesis focuses on the legislative
practice of creating administrative bodies to deal with public sectors,
taking environmental regulation as a reference sector. His interests are
legal powers and the philosophy of administrative and environmental law.

He holds a bachelor's degree in law (Universidad de Chile) and a
master's degree in public law (Universidad de Chile). He has worked both
in the public and private sectors in the field of environmental law.
