The Project on the rise of the Republic of Letters (15-16c. Iberia) based in Barcelona seeks expressions of interest to conduct a four-year funded doctoral project on the early modern period. The lines of research available are: social networks dissemination and circulation of literary texts, Classical and Vernacular Traditions, Women's writing and representations. Please note that research projects on interface areas (Latin/Vernacular/ Medieval/Renaissance, Philosophy/Literature, Masculinities/Gender Studies) will be particularly welcome.
