GRITIM-UPF's Zenia Hellgren initiated a call and wrote a debate article, supported by 9 other Scandinavian senior migration scholars including GRITIM-UPF's associated researcher Martin Lundsteen, in response to the Swedish integration minister Anders Ygeman's proposal to implement restrictions on foreign-origin citizens' right to decide their own residential area.
