The 3rd round of applications for the 12th Edition of the Master in Migration Studies is now open until April 16th!

The third round of the application process for the 12th Edition of the Master program in Migration Studies is open until April 16th, 2020. Admissions will be notified on May 18th, and the place in case admitted needs to be reserved between May 18th and May 25th, 2020. 

The Master program in Migration Studies is implemented as part of the training pillar of the Interdisciplinary Research Group on Immigration (GRITIM-UPF) at the Pompeu Fabra University. Offering the students a solid base in theoretical and applied research knowledge and tools in immigration studies, it is suitable both for students who aspire to continue in academia and apply for a Ph.D. program and for experts from different fields involved with immigration issues. There is also an opportunity for students to enroll in the Double degree program offered together with University of Liège (Belgium). The Master attracts a broad range of excellent students from all over the world and is taught by prominent migration scholars from a great variety of disciplines. Moreover, the Master receives particular support from AGAUR  (the Catalan Agency for Managemrnt of University and Research grants), “La Caixa” foundation, the Council of Europe´s Intercultural Cities program, and IEMed which also hosts some of the Master's international research seminars with prominent scholars from all over Europe.
