Ricard Zapata-Barrero will participate in the plenary session entitled "Migration Policy and its Global Impacts" on July 30th, 2019, at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, as part of the 2019 Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management (APPAM) International Conference on "Public Policy under Rapid Global Changes", co-hosted by the JHU-UPF Public Policy Center.
