The registration portal for IMISCOE's 15th Annual Conference, which will take place in Barcelona, 2 – 4 July 2018, is open. The conference covers the theme Europe, migrations and the Mediterranean: human mobilities and intercultural challenges. All participants must register by June 1, 2018. More info.

Ricard Zapata-Barrero gave a lecture on "Interculturality and Local Policies" at a seminar series organized by University of Girona and the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, and Families in Catalunya.

Ricard Zapata Barrero gave a seminar at El Centre d’Estudis Demogràfics (CED), Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) on "The Place of Interculturalism in the Diversity Debate Today: the Concept and the Policy".
