Iván Martín published a Policy Paper at the OCP Policy Centre in Morocco on “Europe-Afrique, Quelles perspectives d’avenir?”, on the prospects of economic relations between Europe and Africa after the V Europe-Africa Summit held in Abidjan in November 2017. The paper is co-authored by Larabi Jaïdi and Iván Martín and can be downloaded here.
