She graduated in Psychology at Autonomous University of Barcelona (AUB) in 2009. In 2010 she carried out a Master in Neuroscience and in 2013 she obtained a Ph.D in Neuroscience (Cum Laude) at the same university. The focus of her research was on the neurophysiological mechanisms underlying learning and memory processes. She studied possible pharmacological treatments for the compensation of memory loss.

She was an Associated Lecturer at the University Pompeu Fabra and she collaborated with the Neurobiology of Behaviour Research group (GReNeC).
