Short Biosketch

Laura Tanzini is a PhD student doing cotutelle de thèse between Univeristat Pompeu Fabra in Political and Social Sciences and University of Bologna in Sociology and Social Research.

She is a member of GREDS-EMCONET at UPF and Cidospel Research Group (Centro Internazionale di Documentazione e Studi Sociologici sui Problemi del Lavoro – University of Bologna).

She holds a research master’s degree on Sociology and Demography (2017) and in Sociology and Social Research (2017) in a Double Degree Programme jointly taught by Universitat Pompeu Fabra and University of Trento. She completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science - International Studies at the University of Siena (2015) where she has been an exchange student at Kent University (Erasmus programme 2013/2014).

Before starting her PhD studies, she has been working for the European Values Study (EVS) and the project Synergies for Europe's Research Infrastructures in the Social Sciences (SERISS) at University of Tilburg and for the European Social Survey ERIC HQ at City, University of London.
