GRECC researchers are faculty members of the Offcial Master's Degree in Food Safety, 2022-2023
On September 19, at the Torribera Food Campus, the 2022-2023 edition of the Master in Food Safety was presented.
Outstanding members of the GRECC Research Group, who are part of the aforementioned Master's faculty, participated in the presentation: Dr. Manel Palencia, coordinator of the GRECC Research Group, Dr. Sergi Cortiñas, Dr. Irene Da Rocha Fort, and Dr. researcher Bertran Salvador i Mata.
The members of our group will be responsible for teaching the courses corresponding to the third term of the Master's program: Communication Techniques in Food Safety, Communicative Analysis of Food crises in History, and Social Perception of Food Science and Technology.
