Louise McNally gave a plenary lecture and short invited course at the XIV Workshop on Formal Linguistics, held at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, June 3-7, 2024. She is also giving a version of the same short course this month for the CNRS Laboratoire de Linguistique Formelle, located at U. Paris Cité. She will also be a plenary speaker at the 31st Conference of the European Society for Philosophy and Psychology, to be held in Grenoble July 2-5, 2024.

The course is entitled Topics in the Lexical Semantics-Morphosyntax Interface, and the plenary talks have concerned alternative-based reasoning and lexical semantics.
