Calçotada 2019

This year, COLT, GLiF and GraC celebrated again the annual calçotada, a Catalan tradition of eating calçots (a sort of green onions), which are grilled on fire. Grilled vegetables (artichokes, potatoes, peppers) and meat (including the classic botifarra) complete the meal, together with wine, home-made desserts and other delicacies.

It was great fun, and as you see from the pictures, we have new calçot masters!
