Riccardo Spotorno is a first-year PhD candidate in Law at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra under the supervision of prof. Serena Olsaretti. He holds a Bachelor's  and a Master's degrees in Philosophy from the University of Pavia, where he focused on ethics and political philosophy. He spent five months of his last MA year at the University of Warwick working on his dissertation on children’s and parents’ conflicts of rights and interests. His main research interests lie in political philosophy and legal theory, in particular in theories of rights, libertarianism, children’s rights and family justice.
