Serena Olsaretti has been an ICREA Research Professor at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra since 2010. She has written on various topics in distributive justice, including libertarianism, desert, well-being and egalitarianism. Her interest in questions surrounding justice and the family has emerged in the context of considering the implications of certain responsibility-based egalitarian views, which seem to tell against the socialisation of the costs of children.
