Collaborate and assist in the research project "ASCME-OR: AUTISM SPECTRUM CONDITION MULTIMODAL EMBODIMENT OPEN REPOSITORY" funded by Maria de Maeztu, as a continuation of the project IN-AUTIS-TIC (http://inautistic.upf.edu/) The project studies the potential of a full-body interactive environment to foster social initiation behaviours in children with ASC, where they will play with typically developed children.

The current project extends the results of the previous through a number of aspects the most important of which is the detection of biometric parameters of the children to better understand their behaviour and emotional state during the play sessions. Specifically we will measure heart rate and electrodermal activity and we will explore their potential correlation to other parameters.

The job details of the psychologist will are the following:

* 30 months work

* Tasks: (in collaboration with PhD students and researchers)

-- Participate in the design of the protocol of the study.

-- Recruitment of ASC and Typically Developed children for the play sessions in the interactive environment.

-- Prepare the play sessions: material, questionnaires, etc.

-- Manage the play sessions (deal with the children's parents, aid the children, guide the session's protocol, etc.)

-- Collaborate in the data gathering process.

-- Collaborate in video coding of session video recordings.

-- Collaborate in dissemination and outreach activities.

-- Collaborate in reports and scientific papers writing, etc.

* Flexible dedication with an average of 15 hours a week

* Salary of approx. 995.- € per month before taxes
