Last week Antonio Estévez, from NUTESCA, participated in the II Training workshop of the TRAFOON project hold in Córdoba last 8th and 9th of June .

Under the European  project  TRAFOON, the Andalusian Agency of Knowledge in collaboration with the Institute of Agricultural and Fisheries   Research   and   CITOLIVA  organized   a  training      Workshop  aimed  at  SMEs  producing  table  olives  and olive oil.

The aim of this Workshop was to promote knowledge transfer in the olive sector and its products, considered traditional food products which are an essential part of the gastronomic heritage in Spain. Thus, technical solutions, methodologies and best practices were presented in the areas of agriculture, industrial processing and marketing of interest to producers.
