DE NAEYER, BABETTE
Babette De Naeyer is a PhD Candidate and Teaching Assistant at UPF’s Constitutional Law department. After completing her Bachelor’s in Law (2019) and Master’s in Criminal Law (2021) at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Belgium), she obtained an LL.M. in European and Global Law from UPF (2022). She has worked as a Research Assistant in European Public Law at VUB (2021) and at IBEI (REPGOV, 2022–2024). She gained practical experience in her field during various summer internships, as a Criminal Lawyer (Eubelius, 2020) and Court Clerk at the Council for Alien Law Litigation (2019). She was a recipient of the UPF Doctorate in Law Scholarship Programme. Alongside her PhD research, she teaches seminars at UPF and participates in the Europaeum Scholar Programme (Cohort 4).
