During the Herrenhausen Conference “AI and the Future of Societies'' (12th - 14th October) in Hanover (Germany), recent and future developments in research and application of artificial intelligence (AI) as well as their impact on society have been discussed by scholars from different disciplines and nations. In the session “AI and youth”, Davide Taibi (CNR) and Johanna Börsting (HRW) presented the aims and the current status of the project COURAGE. Additionally, two posters, one on empirical studies and one on technical details of the COURAGE architecture, were presented by Emily Theophilou (UPF) and Farbod Aprin (RIAS). The conference was organized by the Volkswagen Foundation.
