Lilja Øvrelid is a professor in the Language Technology Group (LTG) at the Department of Informatics, University of Oslo (UiO), Norway. Before that, she was a researcher at the university of Postdam, and got her PhD at the university of Gothemburg. Her research focuses on various types of syntactic and semantic processing of natural language text using machine learning.
