Computational Neuroscience Group

‘Ever since my bachelor’s in Biomedical Sciences I’ve been interested in psychology, psychiatry, and neuroscience. During my master’s in Systems Biology those interests, combined with my preference for interdisciplinarity, led me to the Cognitive Computational Neuroscience group in Maastricht, the Netherlands. One of the most intriguing things about the brain, in my opinion, is that you are able to do so many things, perform so many different tasks, all entailed and coordinated by the same structure. My main interests within the field are whole-brain-dynamics, brain states, and the atypical brain.’
