Computational Neuroscience Group

I have an MSc and a PhD in Physics and I am a researcher in CONICET Argentina. For the last decade my main field of research has been atomic and molecular physics. Fascinated by the many physical concepts involved in the description and modeling of the brain dynamics, I am currently transitioning to computational neuroscience.
I was able to join the Computational Neuroscience Group through a research-grant from CONICET, supervised by Prof. Gustavo Deco.

My present focus is on the development of whole-brain models with the aim to study (and hopefully predict) how transitions from given brain states are produced by the action of an internal driving source or an external stimulus.
