For the fifth consecutive year, the Universitat Pompeu Fabra offers the Barcelona International Summer School (BISS) as a flagship program to advance the curriculum of both domestic and international undergraduate students during the summer term. 

This 2022, within the wide array of on-campus courses, three members of CAS research group will offer different courses:

• Culture and Business: Spain’s Top Brands by Dr Blanca Fullana

• Humanities Skills for the Digital World by Dr Blanca Fullana with Dr Simone Ventura

• Oral Communication for Students by Dr Emma Rodero

• Venus on the Screen by Dr Mònika Jiménez

All the courses are credit-bearing (ECTS) and are developed in an international classroom environment. 

The BISS is one of the UPF Cross-disciplinary programs and subjects have been conceived as an invitation to think and learn beyond and across disciplines while approaching social and scientific challenges from content, methodological and practical perspectives.
