Ramon Martín-Guart and Jordi Botey López recently published a book on "Digital Marketing Glossary" by the UOC Publishing House, with a prologue by Professor Dr. Fernàndez Cavia.

The context of digital communication is often full of often incomprehensible words and expressions. These are usually neologisms, almost always of Anglo-Saxon roots, which are quickly incorporated into the professional and academic language. In the field of digital marketing, the use of these terms has grown exponentially in recent years.
This small manual aims to bring the reader, professional or not, closer to the meaning of some of these words commonly used in the sector.

We do so by presenting two definitions for each concept: a more formal one in Part I and a more informal one in Part II. We invite you to get to know both of  them.
