Paula Casal, co-director of the UPF-CAE, participates in The Diaspora Hoover Annual Conference taking place on 10-11 February 2022 in a hybrid mode, organized by Louvain-la-Neuve on the occasion of the Hoover Chair in economic and social ethics' 20th birthday. For this reason, the organisers decided to launch an event bringing together the community of former visitors and fellows of the Chair. 

Dr. Casal, a Hoover Fellow 2001-2002, presents the paper "Equality, Sufficiency, and Intergenerational Justice" on 11 February, helr talk is a defense of the need to limit consumption in order to benefit nature, other animals and future human generations.
