Actually, Elisenda is in charge of the Entrepreneur's department in Universitat de Vic (UVIC). Although, before she has been teaching "Entrepreneurship and Human Resources" courses in the Universitat Politècnica de Cataluña (UPC) and in the Universitat Internacional de Cataluña (UIC). At the same time, she taught the same courses in different Business Schools.

In 2002 she achieved a Master in Human Resources by the UPC and EAE. Nevertheless, in 1999 got a Postgraduate in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations by IDEC and UPF.

In 2010 she defended the "Psychosocial factors of success in intergenerational family business succession" Thesis and obtained a PhD in Business Administration by the UPC.

The thesis received the award for the best research Catalonia's paper regarding family business' succession.

She has been participed in several international congress of entrepreneurship.

Research lines

Her main research interest is the entrepreneurship profile and the best form to develop entrepreneurship competence in education in collaboration with experimental groups.
