    Minister Vila hands out the Linguistic Policy Report to the President of the Parliament of Catalonia

    On November 16, 2016 The Minister of Culture, Santi Vila, handed out the Language Policy Report 2015 to the President of the Parliament of Catalonia, Carme Forcadell.

    The Language Policy Report 2015, prepared by the Directorate General of Language Policy of the Ministry of Culture, describes the linguistic situation and includes the language policy actions of the Government of Catalonia.

    Students who start Bachelor's degree studies in a Catalan university during the 2014-2015 academic year 2014-2015 or later must certify, upon completing their studies, knowledge of a foreign language with a level equivalent to B2 of the CEFR.
