Mani Tahriri is a PhD Student in the Information and Communications Technologies Department of Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) and member of the Interactive and Distributed Technologies for Education (TIDE) group. He received his BSc in Social Communication Science and his Masters Degree in Multimedia Computing from MMU University. He has accumulated teaching experience in multiple countries. He worked as a software engineer for 3 years, and was a member of human resources department in Sanden International where he focused on employee training, education and development. His research interests are mainly focused on Technology-Enhanced Learning, educational systems, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), and Recommender Systems.
