Román calvo Morales is a PhD Student in the Information and Communications Technologies Department of Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF), Barcelona, within the TIDE research grup. He received his licentiateship in Industrial Engineering from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. His research interests are situated at the intersection of the Technology Enhanced Learning and Workplace Learning, focusing on the design of intelligent collaborative learning systems. His current work focuses on developing a technology ecosystem that supports in an efficient way the training needs of a large company staff with different professional profiles. His research is part of an AGAUR Industrial PhD program between SEAT, S.A. and Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
