We invite you to join the Information and Communication Technologies Engineering (ETIC), a young and energetic multidisciplinary department of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. UPF is a modern and public university which, in only twenty-five years, has earned a place for itself among the best European universities. 

ETIC is a highly competitive academic department with its faculty organized around the following research areas: multimedia technologies, computational biology and biomedical systems, computation and intelligent systems and networks and communications. We could tell you a lot about our international academic leadership, about our competitive national and international projects, or about our weekly organized activities. European Individual Fellowships 

• For postdoctoral research stays in a EU Member State or an associated country.
• Last from 12 to 24 months.

Who can apply?

• Promising researchers from anywhere in the world: all nationalities can apply. 
• Mobility is a must: you have to come to Europe or move within Europe.
• Experienced researchers only: you shall have your doctoral degree or at least four years' full-time research experience by the time of the call deadline.
• ETIC invites postdocs in the following research areas: Multimedia Technologies, Computational Biology and Biomedical Systems, Computation and Intelligent Systems and Networks and Communications.
