William Ross will share with us a brief history of how he joined the organization of Latin Kings and Queens, how he became an archiver of its history, a producer of resources for its members and an advocate for each King and Queen in order to understand the responsibility they have to develop individually before discussing the collective progress. He will also mention ideas for conflict resolutions based on his experiences with young adults and adults of this organization.
