From honors' thesis to publication: new paper on sexism in music

Sexism against women remains an entrenched problem, manifested in contemporary cultural production worldwide. The honors' thesis (TFG / Trabajo de Final de Grado) of Laura Casanovas, now published as a paper with researchers Priscila Alvarez-Cueva and Carlos Castillo, analyzes the evolution of sexism towards women among the most listened to music lyrics during the past six decades in Spain. https://doi.org/10.1080/23311983.2024.2436723
