Functions

The role of the Logistics Unit includes establishing the procedures and coordinating the actions of the Library in terms of donations and loans; setting the guidelines for managing bibliographic resources and coordinating the actions resulting therefrom; establishing the procedures, coordinating actions and monitoring the Library facilities, fittings and equipment; establishing the procedures and coordinating the provision of the loan and circulation service and managing the processes for obtaining documents from other libraries; and any others that may be assigned to it.
