Functions

The Payroll, Budget and Information Systems Service is entrusted to coordinate the payroll management and social welfare systems of all staff; prepare the preliminary budget for technical, management and administrative and service staff expenses, as well as for teaching and research personnel; manage personnel expenses and monitor the budget, including expenses with an impact on income for their implementation; as well as coordinate the functional needs of IT systems to manage the functions entrusted to the People and Organizational Development Area.
