The Projects Unit's functions are to establish the policies and quality standars for projects related with the technological development of the service; identify the needs and requirements to implement these with the functional managers; apply the most suitable design and methodology for their management; oversee their monitoring; ensure their implementartion in coordination with all parts involved; and carry out any other duties it is tasked with.
