Functions

The Works and Maintenance Technical Unit, operating organisationally as a section, proposes and carries out maintenance programmes on the buildings, installations and equipment; manages works, improvements and interior installations; supports the planning, management and reception of new works; provides support in equipping buildings; manages the surveillance services; and makes proposals on improvements and savings in regard to the energy supply and environmental sustainability.
