Functions

The role of the Resources Management Unit includes proposing, following up and implementing the budget allocated to the Library; coordinating and monitoring the hiring of bibliographic resources and library services; managing external funding to obtain external resources; acquiring all of the University’s information resources, whether with tangible or remote access media, according to budget allocations; coordinating the processes related to the working life of the administration and services staff attached to the Library, according to the criteria of the Human Resources and Organization Area; coordinating the collection and processing of statistical information for the purposes of decision-making and transparency; and any others that may be assigned to it.
