Functions

The Teaching and Research Staff Service is responsible for planning, organising and implementing the administration, selection, promotion and recruitment of teaching and research staff; providing advice and support concerning PDI; drafting reports, using and analysing data to support decision making; undertake the study and application of regulations on public service and employment affecting PDI; providing support in the areas of labour relations and participating in PDI collective bargaining; and preparing the draft budget for PDI staff expenses.

The Teaching and Research Staff Service is structured into:
